HRG Event Services Experience
HRG Capital has carved out a niche in the event services space starting in 2021. HRG Capital has acquired, consolidated, and scaled multiple structure tent rental companies across the Midwest. HRG Capital sold that roll-up to a publicly traded company in 2025 yield a 14X return for investors.

HRG Capital founded a restroom trailer manufacturing business selling high end restroom trailers to event rental companies.

HRG Capital has acquired a large national event rental company specializing in bleacher seating and large scale staging rental.
